Our Founder
Survivors Outreach was founded in 2023 by Hailee Taylor.
Hailee Taylor is a dedicated founder and advocate whose life has been profoundly shaped by her personal experiences with domestic violence and sexual exploitation. With her faith as the cornerstone of her journey, Hailee has turned her trials into a powerful testimony, using it to help others navigate similar struggles. Her unwavering belief in God fuels her mission to raise awareness, provide support, and create a safe space for survivors. Through her work, Hailee inspires hope and resilience, demonstrating that healing is possible and that every story can lead to empowerment and transformation.

Our team is made up of dedicated people who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our survivor.
